Day 1 of Juice FAST
Day one of juice fast is going good. I was fine all day till about a hr ago. I’m freaking starving, and I can’t help but think about how it’s going to get worst before it get’s better. I know by day 4 I will probably be considering eating dog poop. I can’t believe that I was so unhealthy and fat that I’m fasting and it feels like I could be coming down in rehab...
